President Of Dale Earnhardt Inc, Enters Race Car at
Jennerstown
Jennerstown, Pa.-(June 9, 1999)- Anyone
remotely familiar with motorsports knows the name
Dale Earnhardt and the prestige that comes with it.
Don Hawk, President of Dale Earnhardt Inc. (DEI),
will bring some of the Earnhardt-prestige to
Jennerstown Speedway with his entrance of a NASCAR
Featherlite Modified on June 19th.
Bruce Driver, of
Pennington, N.J., will pilot the Hawk-owned NASCAR
Featherlite Modified as part of the Modified-BGNN
Double Header at Jennerstown Speedway. The No. 81
Chevy will carry the sponsorship of Tonka, Nerf and

day-to-day operations at DEI in Mooresville, N.C.,
for seven-time Winston Cup champion Dale Earnhardt.
Hawk has already made a name for himself in NASCAR
as the president of one of the top motorsports
organizations, and he now looks to Driver to make
him a successful car owner as well.
"Hawk's position at
DEI makes him one of the most powerful men in
NASCAR," Speedway General Manager Bob Duvall said.
"We are honored to be associated with Hawk and look
forward to having Driver race his Modified here at
Jennerstown."
