The PA Legacy Series was in compettion Saturday night, July 24, 1999 at Jennerstown Speedway.  The heat race saw Rick Boyer of Blairsville, PA take the checkered flags.

Mike Hemphill of Allison Park, PA jumped out to an early lead in the feature event with Rick Boyer and Mike Smith in hot pursuit.  Several side by side battles were taking place through out the race with the best being for first place between Mike Smith and Mike Hemphill with Mike Smith taking the lead on lap 19.  Several spins slowed the pace and with quick clean up, the racing resumed.  Mike Smith of Akron, OH took the checkered flag with Mike Hemphill close behind.  Jayme Bolkovac and Glenn Gault, Jr. made repairs to their cars after a heat race accident and finished 4th and 6th respectively.
