1999 The PA
Legacy Series had a double header weekend with racing at
Motordrome Speedway on Friday and Jennerstown Speedway
on Saturday.
Friday night at
Motordrome Speedway, Brandon Manns of White Oak captured
his first career victory in the Legacy Series. Brandon
Manns jumped out to an early lead with Jayme Bolkovac
close behind. Following Manns and Bolkovac to the
finish line was George Stockman, Mike Smith and Glenn
Gault, Jr. The heat race was won by Rick Boyer of
Blairsville, PA.
Saturday night at
Jennerstown Speedway, the PA Legacy Series was first in
the night's schedule. The heat race was won by Mike
Smith of Akron, Oh. George Stockman was the feature
event's early leader. After several spins by the
competitors in the back of the pack, the drivers settled
down and began racing. Mike Smith took over the lead
and was followed closely by Brandon Manns. At the
checkered flag, Smith was followed by Manns, Rick Boyer,
George Stockman and Ed Boyer.

Saturday night, July 24, 1999.
