PRESENTS MOTORCYCLE ENTERTAINMENT EXTRAVAGANZA AT JENNERSTOWN
SPEEDWAY
This Saturday June 3rd is going to be Motorcycle Madness at
Jennerstown Speedway, as Highland Harley Davidson presents the
Awesome Air Assault Freestyle Motocross Jumpers thrill show. You
have to come out to see these high flying, show stopping,
adrenalin junkies put on their fantastic display of action,
excitement, and entertainment featuring unbelievable aerial and
ground acrobatics.
 The
night of thrills, spills, and chills will also feature another
type of ground assault, as the Jennerstown Speedway NASCAR Dodge
Weekly Series four division race program will try to melt the
pavement with their own version of high speed, fender rubbing,
and tire smoking excitement. Having motorcycles and NASCAR motor
sports combined may seem like apples and oranges to some, but in
reality it’s more about incorporating a prominent business
activity with a high profile venue.
“We were looking to have some community involvement and we’ve
got a nice Speedway in the area at Jennerstown. There’s a large
number of motorcyclist in the region, and we felt that having a
related promotion at Jennerstown Speedway would be a great way
to bring them all together. Our local Harley Owners Group (HOG)
chapter in our Somerset (Pennsylvania) and LaVale (Maryland)
locations are actively involved in organizing and supporting all
of our activities, so I’m really looking forward to seeing all
of the bikes,” said Corina Vogt Co-Owner of Highland Harley
Davidson.
Highland Harley Davidson is extending a terrific offer to all of
their motorcycle friends. Anyone who comes to Jennerstown
Speedway this Saturday June 3rd, 2006 on any brand of licensed
motorcycle will receive a FREE admission to the Speedway. In
addition, all registered bikes will be eligible to show off your
chrome while participating with hundreds of your friends in the
motorcycle parade around the famed half-mile race track during
intermission.
“This is much more than just a Harley Davidson event. While we
are a Harley Davidson, Buell, and Polaris authorized dealership,
we also service all other makes of motorcycles. Our opinion is
that it doesn’t matter what you ride, as long as you ride
something,” said Corina Vogt. “We’re looking to have as many
bikes at the Speedway and out on the race track as possible, not
matter what they are.”
Adult admission for those not coming on a motorcycle is just
eight bucks! Students with a school I.D. card get in for just
four dollars, while kids twelve years old and younger get in
absolutely FREE! You just can’t beat that kind of bang for your
buck! The grandstand gates will open at 5 p.m., with the racing
action kicking off at 6.
