Speedway guidelines
-
The pre-race autograph session will determined by
the arrival time of the drivers from Pocono Int.
Raceway. Autograph lines will be filled on a ‘first
come-first served’ basis. Four individual autograph
lines will be established, one per driver. Only 500
wrist bands will be allotted per driver. Fans must
choose one of the driver lines they wish to in at
the admission gate. This is the maximum number of
autographs that can be signed during the 75 minute
session.

Only one item per person will be autographed. We
recommend only NASCAR licensed or Jennerstown
Speedway merchandise be presented for autographs.
Drivers may refuse to sign non-licensed items.
Photos may be taken of the drivers at the autograph
tables. No posed photos with fans are permitted.

Due to contractual obligations this event will be
held ‘rain or shine’. In the event of rain the
drivers have agreed to conduct an extended autograph
session. Weather permitting, the four NASCAR drivers
will stage two exhibition races driving super late
model cars. If the racing program is cancelled due
to weather, your ticket will be honored at a future
$7.00 weekly Jennerstown event. THERE WILL BE NO
MONETARY REFUNDS.

No coolers, or outside food and beverages may be
brought inside the speedway grandstand area.
Tailgating is permitted in the parking areas. The
speedway has a large variety of concession items
available. Beer is also sold at the speedway.

RV parking is permitted, but is very limited.
Motorhomes will only be permitted in designated RV
areas. RV’s will not be permitted in general parking
areas.

A sell-out crowd of over 8,500 spectators is
expected. Allow yourself enough travel time. The
earlier you arrive, the better your opportunity to
secure an autograph band and seat choice. We also
ask that you follow the directions of our parking
attendants, ushers and security personnel.
