(Tipton, PA) Calling it a project - by families, for
families - officials of DelGrosso Foods and DelGrosso’s
Amusement Park today announced sponsorship of the Tim
Bainey Jr. Super Late Model Racing Team for the
remainder of the 2004 and the 2005 racing season. Bainey
will debut the Car #1 DelGrosso paint scheme on
September 11th at Jennerstown Speedway.
DelGrosso’s Amusement Park has been the home of the Tim
Bainey Jr. Kid’s Club for the past three years.
DelGrosso’s Amusement Park President Peter Gardella says
the full sponsorship is a natural extension of the
DelGrosso/Bainey relationship. “Racing has become a huge
family sport and for both of our products – spaghetti
sauce and our amusement park - families are our target
audience. We are very excited to be associated with the
Bainey Family. We have worked with Tim and his Family
long enough to be certain they are the kind of people we
want our name associated with. This is a top-notch
family and a racing team that can win. Tim Bainey is
destined for big things in his future.”
In addition to representing the DelGrosso name on the
racetrack, the Bainey Racing Team will be at various
events at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park and will be making
grocery store appearances on behalf of the DelGrosso
Spaghetti Sauce products.
