Hell on Wheels is
one of the tracks from The Clarks newest album
and that's exactly what you can expect from
Robby Marhefka this weekend while racing his
Monte Carlo at the Motor Mile Speedway in
Radford, Va.
After two
consistent mid-pack runs finishing with a
straight car, the #85 Clarks race-car is ready
to crack the top ten. The driver Robby Marhefka
is optimistic about his chances, he said "We
have really learned alot about the new tires and
adjustments needed to make the car faster. In
the few weeks we were of, we actually had to
structurally change the build of the car to make
it more accommodating to the new setups. These
changes will mean we will not be looking to work
around a tight condition we have been
experiencing."
As Marhefka
Motorsports hits the road this weekend there is
added excitement in the air. Plans are to run
the next four North series races and qualify for
the championship series at years end. Team truck
driver Rick Gates wants to get on the road, he
says: "Getting to travel again is going to be
fun, we have a good group of guys and girls who
like to visit other track, we never have been
much for staying at home. We have fun with being
in the truck so many hours, we normally call the
rock radio stations along the way and request
The Clarks song's, when we get one on we all jam
out."
To catch "The
Clarks" racecar and driver Robby Marhefka go to
Motor Mile Speedway this Saturday night for the
