July 2003
(Jennerstown, PA) An estimated crowd of over 8,000 race
fans jammed into the Laurel Highlands Oval Saturday
night as part of Jennerstown Speedway’s first ever “Pack
the Track” night. They were entertained all night long
by Arnold Palmer Motors’ presentation of the NASCAR
Dodge Weekly Series.

Awtey simply dominated the Rolling Rock Late Model
feature. The Jenners, PA driver took off with the lead
from the drop of the first green, survived an early race
caution and went on to lead every lap of the fifty lap
feature to score his third win of 2003. He was followed
by Neil Brown, Tommy Beck, Mark Smith and Chuckie Keslar
in the top five. Heat race wins went to Bobby Henry and
Tommy Beck.

a wonderful birthday present by winning the Tommy Gale/Haulmark
Pro Truck feature in grand style. The Johnstown, PA
driver shot out with the lead at the race’s start and
never looked back capturing his fourth win of 2003 at

but rode just a little high out of turn four on lap 11
and Germek was there to take advantage along with Greg
