MITCHELL HOPES FOR MONSTER MASH AT DOVER

BRUCETON MILLS, WV (Sept. 16) ........ West Virginia driver Richard Mitchell
is hoping to do the 'monster mash' on the roof of his Coach USA / Mountaineer
Gaming / West Virginia 'Wild and Wonderful' Chevrolet Monte Carlo following
the MBNA All-American Heroes 200 NASCAR BUSCH Series race at Dover Int.
Speedway on Sept. 21.

The one-mile high banked Dover oval has been dubbed the "Monster Mile" by
competitors because of its degree of difficulty to negotiate.  The track also
has propensity to 'eat' cars........ and sometimes even drivers.

"Dover has a reputation for being a tough place to get around," Mitchell
said, "the track is high banked, with a rough concrete surface.  It also has
a rather narrow racing groove, which usually translates into some heavy
contact.  In many ways Dover is like a big Bristol...... it's fast and things
happen in a hurry.  You have to be up on the steering wheel all the time;
there is no time to relax."

While the Dover track will be an obvious challenge for Mitchell, the two-time
NASCAR Northeast region Weekly Racing Series champion is upbeat coming off a
solid 23rd place finish in the recent BUSCH contest at Richmond two weeks ago.

"I felt, as a team, we turned things around at Richmond," Mitchell added," we
qualified 23rd in the toughest BUSCH field of the year, then backed it up in
the race.  Our goal going into Richmond was to run in the top-25.  We
accomplished that.  We need to keep the momentum going at Dover."

The Dover MBNA All-American Heroes 200 will be televised live at 1:00 PM
(EDT) on the TNT cable network.  The race also will be broadcast live on the
MRN radio network.
