OWNERSHIP OF JENNERSTOWN SPEEDWAY |

Jennerstown, PA - October 16, 2000 - Team Three Motorsports Inc. is
pleased to announce that they have recently exercised the option within
their lease agreement to purchase the Jennerstown Speedway, as part of
their ongoing plan to keep NASCAR Weekly Racing Series asphalt stock car
racing action alive and well at the Laurel Highlands Oval. The
acquisition now becomes the cornerstone which will allow the Jennerstown
Speedway to remain a permanent part of family entertainment throughout
Western Pennsylvania, and all of the Tri-State area, well into the new
millennium.
The first announcement of a one year lease agreement between Team Three
Motropsorts Inc. and the Lasky family were made at the Speedway's annual
awards banquet in December of 1999. At that time the new management team
laid out their base plan to operate the Speedway for the 2000 racing
season, with the clear intention to purchase the facility as soon as
possible. Team Three Motorsports Inc. partner and Speedway General
Manager Steve Peles feels that while the step into Speedway ownership
was all part of the initial plan, the realization of that plan has now
become the foundation towards an even bigger and brighter future.
"It has always been our plan to purchase Jennerstown Speedway and
maintain the primary foundation of excellent NASCAR Weekly Racing
competition, along with bringing in the finest examples of touring
division races for the enjoyment of our fans," said Peles. "This
announcement clearly signals our intention fro the sound future of
Jennerstown Speedway for many years to come. With the introduction of
the USAR Hooters ProCup Series at Jennerstown for three televised races
in 2001, and the return of our traditional ASA race, we are in a great
position to improve on the accomplishments of our inaugural season," he
said.
Recently, United Speed Alliance Racing (USAR) has expanded their
relationship with Jennerstown Speedway by adding a third race of their
2001 Northern Region schedule at the Laurel Highlands Oval.
"Our entire staff has been working very hard to make the 2001 season at
Jennerstown Speedway action packed from start to finish," added Steve
Peles.
