Jennerstown, PA- (March 19th,
2000)-The Jennerstown
Speedway management group, Team Three MotorSports Inc., is pleased
to announce the signing of corporate sponsorship to five of it's
weekly divisions of racing for their inaugural 2000 season.
Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, will build upon
their motorsports involvement as they sponsor the NASCAR Weekly
Racing Series Late Model division this season at Jennerstown
Speedway. This is the Speedways "featured division", and provides
the most professional level of weekly racing action. More news
concerning Lowe's involvement at Jennerstown Speedway for the 2000
season will be announced shortly.
Riggs Industries will be the sponsor of the
Speedways Pro Truck division. These trucks
have quickly developed their own identity, and are recognized as the
NASCAR "Shortrack" division, with competitors vying for national
recognition. Fans enjoy the "hard nosed" racing that includes all
three major brands, Chevy, Ford, and Dodge.
Wheeler Bros./A.C. Delco will sponsor the Speedways
Grand American Modified division in 2000. These powerful, open
wheeled race cars offer some of the most exciting "wheel-to-wheel"
racing action available, requiring their drivers to have nerves of
steel.
Brown Timber and Land has stepped on board for this
season to sponsor the Street Stock division. Although these race
cars may appear to be tame, their drivers are tough, and not afraid
to "trade some paint" to make their move for the win.
Cover Insurance will underwrite the PA Legacy Car
division for the upcoming season. The experiences drivers and teams
of these scaled down race cars have shown themselves as legitimate
contenders among the higher racing divisions, and their current
stars have shown that they can run fender-to-fender, all the way to
the checkered flag.
