JENNERSTOWN, PA - MARCH 14, 2000 - Team Three Motorsports, Inc. dba
Jennerstown Speedway, under new management, is proud to announce the
opening of the 2000 racing season on Saturday evening April 29th. In
honor of Fan Appreciation night, fans will be able to enjoy six
divisions of racing and fireworks all for the low price of $5.00.
Children under 12 are admitted free.
The Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse Late Models, Riggs Industries Pro
Trucks, Wheeler Bros/AC Delco Modifieds, Brown Timber and Land Street
Stocks will be in action every Saturday evening through early September
as part of the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series (with the exception of August
5 & 6 when ASA visits Jennerstown). Jennerstown will also host the Cover
Insurance Legacy's and Chargers on a weekly basis.
Prior to opening night, Jennerstown will hold two practice days/open
house events. They are scheduled for Saturday, April 15th and April
22nd, from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Gates will open at 11:00 A.M., and
grandstand admission is free. Nineteen action packed NASCAR events will
take place in 2000. A Fall Festival race is being planned to conclude
the close of the 2000 season in September.
